Daily Photo – Under The Great Pyramid
Ahh Sin City, so many flashing lights, so many people, this town really never quits. Even if you are like me and not much of a gambler, there is still tons to do. I drove into Las Vegas on an August afternoon. In an attempt to escape the blistering heat, I got a room at the Excalibur resort. I was blown away at the ridiculously low mid week rates. $35 a night for a fancy schmancy Vegas hotel room is a bargain in my book. If you plan to head to Vegas, definitely check the mid week rates, you may be surprised! After unloading some of my belongings into the icy cool hotel room, I decided to wander around the resort and explore. I ended up in the main area of the Luxor casino resort. The stunning pyramid building is just as impressive inside as it is outside.
