Iceland is one of those “Oh Man, Beautiful” places for me, but if you read this blog at all, you probably are aware of that since I post so frequently on the topic. There really is no other place like it. Volcanic activity is the norm. Vivid green land and blue skies (sometimes), the northern lights, glaciers, and that is only scratching the surface. For these reasons, I have visited the land of fire and ice twice, and will return for a third visit. On my most recent visit, the weather never really cooperated with us, but we did our fair share of exploring none the less. In the area near Eyjafjallajokull, we stumbled across this little stone and grass building that as someone pointed out, is very “Hobbit-like”. I really couldn’t agree more.
I would love to visit this hobbit-like house. Can you give me directions to finding it? I will be visiting in May.
Thanks,
